Allergy warning: All of our products are made in the same environment, so traces of any and all of the above ingredients could end up in any of our products.

All ingredients are sourced in the UK and a Cosmetic Product Safety Assessment (CPSA) has been undertaken.

Warnings & CBD

Classic Bath Bomb sense check warnings: Not suitable for children under 3 years, for external use only – not to be used around the eyes, mucous membranes or on broken skin. If irritation occurs discontinue use. May make your bath tub slippery. In rare cases, skin irritation may occur. Always test this product on a small area of the skin before initial use.

CBD Bath Bomb sense check warnings: Keep out of reach of children. Contains CBD. For external use only – not to be used around the eyes, mucous membranes or on broken skin. If irritation occurs discontinue use. May make your bath tub slippery. In rare cases, skin irritation may occur. Always test this product on a small area of the skin before initial use.

We know CBD bath bombs are not for everyone, so these are clearly labelled in the product description with the CBD Warning sign.

Shipping

We generally ship products within 3-5 business days of receiving your order, we use Royal Mail 2^nd Class service for standard free delivery which is the most economical. If you do not receive your order within 7-10 days of this timeframe, please notify us at hello@zebombfizzers.co.uk as soon as possible to ensure we can raise a ticket with Royal Mail accordingly.

To contribute to social responsibility and ultimately the planet, we use recyclable postage packaging and in the form of postal tubes/boxes, the bath bombs are carefully wrapped in tissue paper/glassine bags and a sticker on top. Keeping in them air tight smells, neat huh? The tubes hold 3/4 bath bombs and the boxes are used for bigger orders which are very economical in terms of weight, postage and recycling. We hope you agree this is the best way to do business without unnecessary plastic wrapping etc.

Following payment, please be aware that we reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund without prior notice.

Please be sure to provide us with accurate shipping information when placing your order as the buyer, we do not accept third party information. The customer is responsible for all charges incurred when a package is considered undeliverable or returned to us by the shipper due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Our products are packaged in recyclable paper and cardboard to keep moisture OUT and fragrances IN during shipping and storage. Please dispose of this packaging responsibly.

Returns

Our bath bombs are fresh and made to order so, therefore, we can not accept returns. If there is a problem with your order, or if you are unhappy for any reason, please email us at hello@zebombfizzers.co.uk and we will do our best to make it right.
